Midwest Construction.  You will always be able to get in touch with us every step of the way.  We are always able to coordinate the subcontractors to accommodate your needs and make the whole remodeling process as smooth as possible. 

If you choose your own subcontractors, you can hire us to manage and oversee the project for a nominal fee of 18% of the total project cost.  This will eliminate the hassle and frustration of you dealing with the City/Village permits and inspections and give you the piece of mind that the work was done according to code.
